Although our Sites are not directed to children under the age of 13, if your child is engaged in lessons with us and you wish to review or have deleted your child’s personal information included in the recordings of those lessons, you may so request by contacting us at the location or email address set forth below under ‘Contact Us.’ We only use the recordings for the safety and protection of students and teachers and quality monitoring purposes, and to defend any legal rights. Recordings will not be used for marketing purposes or any other use. Only approved Musician’s Friend employee administrators and our legal counsel have access to the recordings.
Security
The security of your personal information is important to us. We have put in place safeguards to protect the personal information we protect from unauthorized access, use and disclosure. However, we cannot guarantee that unauthorized access, hacking, data loss, or other breaches will never occur. We urge you to take steps to keep your personal information safe, such as choosing a strong password and logging out of your User account and closing your web browser when finished using the Services.
Links to Third Party Sites
The Sites provide links to various websites operated by third parties including, but not limited to, third party sites that display the Musician’s Friend trademarks. This Privacy Policy does not apply to third party websites that are accessible through the Musician’s Friend Sites, unless such website directs users or visitors to this Privacy Policy.
